Turning Point-My Story

2017 was a mind-altering ride!  I'd like to share my story of change with you, beginning with Hurricane Harvey's havoc on my home and health.  While there were many signs in the first half of 2017 that pointed to a major catalystic change and I've had many reasons to write, as there are have been numerous catalysts throughout my almost 40 years of this experience, not to mention, I've known since I was eight that writing was my calling, but it wasn't until 2018 when I began to really scrutinize my purpose and my actions that continued to attract undesirable life circumstances, when I finally sat down to do the thing I love the most in the world.  

I'm an idealistic and eclectic personality who loves learning, growing, and helping others.  My three children are my main inspiration for this website.  Since I have gone through quite a bit, I feel my experience can at least offer others dealing with similar experiences a different perspective and perhaps help others transcend their struggles at most.  I am no expert, so here's to helping each other out!  Please feel free to reach out; I welcome feedback.
