I'm Not Hungry
Frustration we can't overcome.
I'd rather just play alone.
Stashed in the back of cousin Frank's jalopy, and it isn't long before the dinner ding dongs.
The pork chops come a running.
They are led to the fresh belch that the dimwit left behind in this piece of junk.
I'm not hungry Why can't you see The food you cook Isn't appetizing to me
I run for my life-- Chocolate covered fruit, bacon and cheese
leave me alone please Fried green tomatoes, Frito pie;
I'm not starving am not going to die Spaghetti and meatballs, chips and dip,
graham crackers or cheese nips Leave me alone; hunger does not take over Fruits and vegetables or any leftovers Baked potatoes or Snack Wells Ring no more dinner bells
I'm not hungry Why can't you see The food you cook Isn't appetizing to me
I finally escape those bloody chunks of a topsy-turvy pig.
I hang dry in a corner of my little brother's tree house.
The whistle of licorice catch me by surprise.
Refrigerators galore, (I quickly rise,)
surrounding the yard and there's no way out.
An old rusted staple gun catches my eye and with a moment to spare...
